Therapy With A Licensed Professional Counselor
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing — without judgment or pressure to have all the answers.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with a genuine connection. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where you can show up as you are and feel truly heard. I take a person-centered, compassionate approach to therapy, tailoring our work together to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.
Together, we’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck while developing practical tools and coping strategies to help you navigate difficult emotions, relationships, transitions, and everyday stress. Through mindfulness and greater self-awareness, you can learn to respond to life with more intention rather than feeling controlled by your thoughts, emotions, or circumstances.
My hope is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and create greater balance and well-being across your mind, body, and spirit. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right support, meaningful change is possible.

Perhaps you’re finding that anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm are becoming more difficult to manage, or you are struggling with:
- Reducing stress and feeling more at ease
- Feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or emotionally drained
- Making time for yourself and practicing meaningful self-care
- Navigating relationship challenges
- Processing traumatic or difficult experiences
You may also feel as though life has become increasingly difficult to manage, with symptoms beginning to interfere with your relationships, responsibilities, or ability to enjoy everyday life, such as:
- Severe or persistent anxiety
- Difficulty concentrating or staying focused
- Significant mood changes or emotional fluctuations
- Complicated or unresolved grief
- Withdrawing or becoming increasingly isolated from friends and family
Therapy can provide the support, perspective, and tools needed to begin feeling more like yourself again. With compassion and without judgment, I’ll help you understand what you’re experiencing, build greater emotional resilience, and move toward a healthier and more balanced way of living.
You don’t have to wait until things feel completely overwhelming to ask for support. If you’re ready for a new perspective, greater self-awareness, and a renewed sense of well-being, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. We can talk about where you are, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Testimonials
Ashley I.
"Once I became a working mom, I found myself struggling to continue to work as hard as I was with my career, give my daughter my attention, and find time for my own health and wellness. Coaching with Gina was like talking to a friend as we worked out these issues I couldn’t figure out myself. Most importantly she helped me to be kinder to myself - which is something I desperately needed. I suggest Gina’s coaching for anyone struggling to find 'balance' or going through any big changes in their life."

"Working with Gina has been a very satisfying and empowering experience. During a time of transition and change, she was able to assist me in identifying an attainable goal and helped me break it down into attainable steps. Her centering and mindfulness exercise will, I know, help me in making future decisions. I highly recommend Gina because she is professional, caring, and supportive.”
