Or perhaps your mental health has suffered, and you need to address those issues in order to come to a place of good health and wellness before you can make the changes you want in your life.



Whatever your personal struggle entails, rest assured that my experience as a licensed professional counselor, as well as a mindful coach, can guide you to the right place to start.



Mindful coaching is an active process assisting you to propel towards change in your life right now. Identifying your purpose and mission in life is a powerful tool in making the necessary changes to become more successful in all your endeavors. When therapy is necessary, mindfulness will also be used to help bring you to a place of positive mental health.

About Me

Hi, I'm Gina Peccia. In my 15 years of combined private practice, agency services, and mental health programs as a seasoned therapist, I always aspired to help people to heal their wounds, conquer their emotional issues, and learn ways to cope to improve their mental health.  

Accomplishing my certification in mindful coaching has enabled me to assist others in a different way. Beginning where the person is presently facilitates action and change in some amazing ways. It allows you to focus and make commitments to achieve your goals through the guidance of your coach, who knows you have an innate knowledge of what is best for you.   

My interest in Mindfulness began many years ago, as it emerged as something more and more people were talking about. In the words of Jon Kabat Zinn: “Mindfulness is about being fully awake in our lives. It is about perceiving the exquisite vividness of each moment. We also gain immediate access to our own powerful inner resources for insight, transformation, and healing.” 

How Navigating My Own Life Transitions Has Prepared Me To Serve You

As I explain the difficulties women may face, rest assured that my life experience has encompassed most of the transitions I speak of, and provided the priceless asset of experience.



Personally, I have been through many difficult life transitions, enabling me to have intense empathy with those suffering in the same circumstances. It is my belief that you can benefit from that experience, feeling understood and appreciated for who you are and what you have experienced in your life.



While continuing to be a therapist, I am now expanding my practice into mindful coaching. Whether you are facing a mental health issue, a challenge within your life, or a difficult or painful transition, I can utilize the right skills to lead you to balance of the mind, body, and spirit. It is rewarding to lead others on a journey producing higher self-esteem, and the confidence to tackle painful life transitions.



I enjoy working with people like you…people who want to become more than who they are, with a dedication to the process. It is exciting to see the enthusiasm in others to make changes that will affect the rest of your life.  Helping others build their own self-confidence, and obtain the ability to overcome obstacles is amazing to me. My goal is to get you to a place where you are content and proud of the changes YOU have achieved!!
