Perhaps you are having difficulty moving forward in your life, you just cannot attain important goals, and need help and guidance to get there?



Mindful coaching is action-oriented, like having someone in your corner at all times. This process will lead you to discover your own innate knowledge of what is best for you, and what you want to achieve.



Whether within coaching or counseling,  by utilizing mindfulness you can begin making things happen in your life. We will discover your strengths, values, and gain clarity as to your purpose in life.



You will learn to utilize your courage, develop passion, and the confidence to overcome the obstacles that keep you “stuck”. Whatever is unique to YOU will be our beginning.  Your personal life journey is where we will focus, and move towards renewal.

Mindful Coaching Package

 Four 30-minute Sessions Per Month


Each session includes:

 

  • A 5-minute guided mediation to clear your mind and center your focus
  • A "check-in" of where you are at the moment and what has unfolded during the week
  • A mindful coaching experience to develop specific plans for action steps and way of moving forward.

 

$280 per month


Sessions are offered online via telehealth or in-person in the Southern New Jersey/Linwood area.
